By subscribing to our text support services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Overview
Our text support offers non-clinical educational and emotional support through encouragement texts and coaching-style responses. This service is not a substitute for therapy, legal advice, or emergency care.
2. Subscription and Billing

Your subscription renews automatically every month.

You can cancel anytime through your Wix account or by replying STOP to any text message from us.

If you unsubscribe from text messages by replying STOP, we will also cancel your subscription to avoid future charges.

Subscriptions are non-refundable after a billing cycle begins.

Prices and offerings are subject to change with notice.
3. Coaching & Messaging Limits (Premium Plan Only)

Coaching questions must stay within the monthly limits based on your subscription plan.

Each question must be about a single topic.

Coaching replies are provided within 48 business hours.

The 30-minute text coaching session (for Premium plans) must be scheduled and used within the current billing cycle.

Coaching access does not include emergency support or legal advice.

Unused sessions do not roll over.
5. Service Adjustments

By subscribing, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from us.

Message frequency depends on your plan. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Doing so will also cancel your subscription.
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to update, pause, or discontinue the service with notice. You’ll never be billed without access to service.
